Techniques:
-"Control" time and space through chaos control eg. teleport himself and/or others to different places as long as he knows this place.
-Chaos Speer: he can charge chaos energy and form them into a few speers which he throws at the enemie.
-Chaos Lance: same as Chaos Speer, just that it is just one big lance of Chaos energy.
-Chaos Blast: if he activates this attack he charges many many energy and lets it explode itself so everything arround him gets hit. But this courses a lot of power so he is weaker after this attack.
(if you don't understand my explations, Theese are the same attacks Shadow uses too :'D I know I'm imaginationless in this point...)
-Chaos Fire: a hot flamelike energy -> he punches enemies with this in his fist, so it's more effective.
Strengths: chaos attacks -> he can absorb their energie and use it against the enemie
Weaknesses: he's not very fast, physical attacks
